The first day of the track meet will be Tuesday, May 25, 2010 beginning at 5:00 p.m. The first day will end at approximately 7:00 p.m. First day events include hurdles, 200-m heats, 3000 m and the medley relay.
The meet resumes on Thursday, May 27, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. A coaches meeting will be held at 10:15 a.m. prior to the start of Day 2. All field events and the remaining track events will be contested that day. The meet ends at 3:30 p.m. with the presentation of Zone Banners given to the top teams in each division.

- Hurdles (timed final, best of two trials)
- 4x100M Relay (timed final)
- 4x400M Relay (timed final)
- Medley Relay (800, 200, 200, 400) (timed final)
Field Events
- High Jump

- Javelin (600 g for females, 700 g for males)
- Discus (1 kg for females, 1.5 kg for males)
- Shot Put (4 kg for all females, and JV Boys, 5 kg for V Boys)
Tetrathalon
The tetrathalon is a 4-event competition that includes the 100 m, 800 m, long jump, and shot put. Points are awarded based on scoring tables that can be found on the MHSAA website (http://www.mhsaa.mb.ca/pages/sports/track.php#multi).
Please note that an athlete participating in the tetrathalon may participate in one other individual event (that event can be the same as a tetrathalon event) and one relay event.
Final notes:
- The Stonewall track is an asphalt surface, spikes are not recommended.
